In more recent years Sophie has worked with large construction and property development companies before finding a home in The Private Office : Real Estate.

Passionate about quality craftmanship, messaging and service, Sophie and her team are responsible for The Private Office : Real Estate’s on and offline presence globally.

After working at board level in the property industry for over 20 years, Matthew joins The Private Office: Real Estate, bringing extensive experience and a proven track record in financial management.

Working closely with our agents and senior management team, Matthew provides invaluable guidance, strategic direction, and insight to our internal teams. His expertise ensures our clients receive the highest standard of advice and service from everyone at The Private Office: Real Estate.

With over 10 years’ experience as an EA, Katie is at the heart of the business, keeping Trevor’s world - and the wider company - running smoothly.

As Executive Assistant to Trevor Kearney, CEO & Founder of The Private Office : Real Estate Katie effortlessly moves from expertly managing diaries and priorities to supporting the Real Estate team with property administration and client care.

Katie brings calm organisation, efficiency and a can-do attitude to everything she does. A true team player, she is an invaluable part of TPO and instrumental in keeping group business operations moving seamlessly.

Matthew began his career in agency at just 16 years old. Whilst he was born and bred in Surrey, it was the Welsh city of Cardiff that offered Matthew a career in property alongside his university studies.

After a few successful years in Cardiff, Matthew returned home to Surrey and began a record-breaking stint in agency in Guildford selling prime properties across the town.

Known locally for working closely with the strong Surrey gaming industry relocating international hires, Matthew joins The Private Office : Real Estate with the ambition of growing the team and building on his previously achieved success.

With a background in interior design and luxury marketing, Olivia brings a creative yet strategic approach to prime residential property. Having designed Grade II listed holiday homes and led brand campaigns for a bespoke interiors company, Olivia offers a deep understanding of what makes a property truly resonate with UHNW clients.

Olivia combines her design sensibility with strong client relationship skills to deliver a polished, detail-driven service across The Private Office : Real Estate’s property portfolio.

With a background spanning luxury fashion, private client services, and high-touch relationship management, Rebecca specialises in building long-term partnerships that prioritise discretion, alignment, and timing. Her experience includes senior roles within global luxury brands, alongside working with high-profile and celebrity clients, giving her a deep understanding of expectation, privacy, and delivery at the highest level.

At The Private Office, Rebecca is responsible for developing and managing a curated partner ecosystem, spanning interiors, construction, travel, private aviation, wellness, and specialist lifestyle services. Her role sits at the intersection of property, wealth, and lifestyle, ensuring clients have seamless access to best-in-class expertise, from the essential to the extraordinary, at key moments in their lives.

Rebecca is known for a considered, relationship-led approach, curating trusted introductions with discretion and care.

Charlotte brings extensive experience within the luxury travel sector, having curated exceptional journeys through a leading luxury tour operator and represented prestigious Caribbean hotels across the UK and Europe. Her industry relationships allow her to unlock the finest destinations, hotels and experiences for her clients.

Efficient, discreet and highly organised, Charlotte designs seamless, bespoke travel tailored entirely to your requirements. From initial concept to your return home, she remains personally involved throughout - ensuring every detail is delivered with precision and care.

His innovative style and vision has attracted brands such as Armani, Manolo Blahnik & Hugo Boss with commissions published in Vogue UK & Italy, Harpers Bazaar UK & Arabia and ELLE UK to name a few. Charlie works alongside the team and is responsible for the content you see on site, social media and more.
